This movie was a relatively good movie, and the producers paid much attention to small details that really enhanced the movie (for example, they edited the camera out of the helmet of an astronaut suit in one scene). However, I feel like the movie lacked two things that were key that the book had: many different perspectives and important, special details. The book had many different perspectives told from many different people, like Justin, Auggie, and Via. However, the movie lacked some of the perspectives like Justin's perspective. The movie also cut out many important details from the book. While the story is great, it is too long for a movie. I applaud the effort of the filmmakers, and I additionally strongly recommend the book.
