Teach them basic math, then once they master each skill (addition, subtraction, etc.) then just put the question and have them somehow write the answer.

I have fish and it would be so cool if I could ACTUALLY TRAIN THEM. Then, one day, I'll be like "I got a trained fish, and he knows HOW T ADD." I'll be rich. P.S. I wouldn't train it for money though =)
