This was actually pretty funny to read! When I read the title, I knew this was going to make me laugh, and it did! And the video about the golden retriever stealing another reporter's microphone was actually pretty funny as well! In all honesty, I would've loved to have that happen to me! There are absolutely ZERO parrots where I live, so I would've found this experience extra memorable! Fun fact about the parrot species in this article though, these parrots can live over 60 years! About the average human even though they are 10 times smaller than us! It's moments like these that make me adore nature and that laughs it gives! 😂😂! 🦜❤️️!

Hello! Sorry I haven't been very active the past month, school and sports have been very overwhelming! Welcome all new members, you're gonna love it here! Hey pax! Lately I haven't really had much time to read anything the past few weeks because of school, but one book I checked out from the library was 'Genuine Fraud' by E. Lockhart! I personally enjoyed it, and though it may seem a little confusing at first, it will make a lot more sense the more you read! This was pretty fascinating! I mean, Thanksgiving is a pretty underrated holiday in my opinion, because most people just look forward to it for Black Friday, which I can see is understandable, but Thanksgiving is often a holiday overlooked between Halloween and Christmas. I didn't know that President Abraham Lincoln loved roasted turkey though! That was news for me! Did you know that Americans eat 704 million pounds of turkey every Thanksgiving? I mean, I eat a lot, but that's a WHOLE lot! Here's a fact I didn't know: Female turkeys don't gobble! Anyways, I personally love celebrating Thanksgiving, as it's a time to show gratitude for the people and things we are thankful for. What are you thankful for? This is a pretty underrated day during Thanksgiving break! I was thinking, and here are some ideas YOU could do to take part in the #giving act! Support your local community fridge or food pantry, by donating food! Combat loneliness by reaching out to a neighbor, relative, seniors or veterans! Give to organizations and activists who are pushing for change, locally and worldwide! Identify your gifts, pick a cause that gets you fired up, and give back – not just for GivingTuesday but every day! ❤️❤️🫶

Wow! I love the cold, but that takes it on a whole other level! I don't think I could even function without sunlight for 64 continuous days aka 1,536 HOURS! I actually could never 😅😅 And the conditions there are so primitive! For example, I found that there are no roads connecting Utqiagvik to the outside world. The dirt roads that do exist end just a couple of kilometres outside of town! And that locals survive largely by hunting and catching fish from the Arctic Ocean or nearby rivers and lakes!! Wow! Really didn't think those kinds of people existed today! Props to the people who live there though! I guess everyone has a different idea of home! But again, I love feeling the sunshine on my skin, I'm cool with where I'm living right now! ❤️❤️
