Paper Towns is definitely a straight masterpiece to me. Under John Green’s writing, he exquisitely described a high schooler, Quentin’s life. Well, not just writing down his personal life and daily routine in an interesting way, but also an admirable description of his feelings and thoughts about Margo, his mysterious neighbour as well as someone he love. I would call this book an incredible piece, because through the journey Quentin was finding Margo, he wasn’t just finding her. In addition, I think Quentin was also finding himself and his soul. I really love the part Margo and Quentin went on their adventure during the midnight. Reading this book was like appreciating an artwork. Different kinds of feelings and thoughts popped out in my mind as I read through the story while having different emotions and reading through different perspectives. This book kept me reading incessantly. In my opinion, this book is attractive and can interest teenagers since the characters are mostly close to their age and this book is extremely affective in a lot of ways. I have to say I’m not apple-polishing this book. I really enjoyed it, because it gave me ups and downs, or I would say laughters and tears. It also motivated me to look things through more than one perspectives and it's fine to get lost, because you have to get lost before you find yourself, as the book expressed.

Moving to Count Olaf's house was a horrible start for the new orphans, however the orphans never gave up in search for a new home. I admire the responsibility Violet has taken in protecting her siblings after a tragic lost, because after a tragic lost some people give up on everything and just leave. Standing up for her fears is a place where I can learn from Violet.

Sunny, the Sandwing of the 5, have always taken the prophecy very seriously, even after Morrowseer told them that the prophecy was made up by the Nightwings and had a different meaning, that they want the evilest of the 3 Sandwing queens, Blister to be queen of all the Sandwings. However, Sunny still wants to stop the war, in the mean time she finds out about her true identity and her family. I like how Sunny never gives up, even though she knows that the whole thing was a lie. Her never giving up spirit is inspirational to people who have failed before and decided to give up.
