    1. Kids were teasing Desiree because sometimes instead of following the cheer routine she makes up her own. 2. The basketball players stood up and said to stop teasing her. Her story will never be forgotten because the named the gym after her and she meant a lot to some of the players. 3. Down syndrome is when a child is born with more then one chromosome 21. One out of every 691 babies in the USA. Some symptoms of Down syndrome are slow speech and short attention span.

    1. People went to MT Takeo to watch practitioners of Shugendo religion walk across a path of smoldering embers. 2. The festival is called the Hiwatari-Matsuri. I takes place at the Takao-san Yakuo-in Yuki-ji Temple. It is held every second Sunday in March. 3. They follow this ritual because it is known to give you good luck. They aren't allowed to join until the end so that they don't get burnt.

    1. Mr.Gehry's latest building is being compared to a crumpled paper bag. His structure is being used for a business school. 2. Laying down the brick was so difficult because all the bricks had to be custom made. They convinced master bricklayer Peter Favetti to come out of retirement to help them. Connecting the bricks to the infrastructure was another problem that they faced. 3. One of the great features of this building is the crisp wood-paneled oval classrooms that encourages collaboration. the building was awarded a 5- star green rating thanks to features like sensor controlled air conditioning systems.
