I’m not a teen but here’s what I would do. Try talking to your very close circle of family and friends first. How does that feel? If you don’t know what to talk about tell them about something that you watched on TV last night or and idea for if they are bored. You will begin to feel comfortable around them. Once you a really comfortable move on to people who you don’t know as a well. For example you could ask someone who is sitting by themselves to come sit with you. Eventually you’ll feel comfortable doing this too. The last step is just a tip from me: Always act like yourself in front of people. It takes getting used to but in the end it is easier.
