I have Invisalign

OK so I got Invisaligns which are completely different from brackets, but from what I have learned for my cousins and brother is that they hurt when they go on they hurt when they crank them (I think that's what's called) They also say that your teeth feal really weird when they come off like when you run for a long time and then lay down on a bed, how your legs feel relieved but sore at the same time. Some of my cousins eat any and all food while others don't eat apples, chips, caramel, soda, and that kind of stuff. Your orthodontist will tell you what you can and can't eat though. Also don't use whitening toothpaste it will make it so that you have stains where your brackets were. Good luck!
