Amazing book!! Rick Riordan has portrayed all the possible writing styles that make you crave and wish the book never ends!! With informational text about Greek gods and goddesses, Mr. Riordan did an amazing job describing gods, goddesses, monsters, demigods, etc!! The splash of romance was so cute, but stayed appropriate for tweens and teens. The Blood of Olympus was so good, it literally pulled me into the book. This book was amazing!!

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan was great!! Though the book is fictional, the author weaves reality into the story. Problems at school, medical issues, fitting in, etc are some issues at school or in public. Mr. Riordan shows the perspective of a twelve year old as he were that age! Mythology is cleverly woven through hilarious adventures throughout the entire book!! Reading this book is a must!

A Wrinkle in Time by Madeliene L'Engle was a good book, but not a personal favorite. Though the description of characters and places left me breathless, often, I lost track of what I was reading. I got very bored sometimes, but some events of the book suddenly got me excited. I recommend you read this if you are a fantasy fan, and also if you are a fan of science fiction!

Wonder, by R. J. Palacio is one of my favorite books. This book showed me what it was like to different outside, but the same 10 year old kid inside. The book left me breathless, the events in the book were like little bubbles of excitement ready to burst! Showing not only the perspectives of Auggie, it also shows you the perspective of the challenges of being a friend and sibling of Auggie is like... trying not to give into peer pressure everyday, and being able to stand up for your friend all the time.

Even though I'm not done with this book yet, I recommend it. I can't put my finger on it, but there's something about it that just makes it really good. I haven't read Code Name Verity although I might over the summer. Overall, really interesting.

I like books about magic and I write a lot, especially about magic. The uncontrollable magic powers part of it sounds especially interesting.

I read the first page and this looks like an interesting book to read. Currently I have writers block so if I got this book it might give me some ideas as I like to write about things like this.
