The movie starts off in the beginning of construction of the Tri-Skeleton. (The office that S.H.E.I.L.D. Operated out of In Captain America the Winter Solider) Hank Pym wants to out of S.H.I.E.L.D. because of what they want to use his ingenious creation, the Pym Particle. The Pym Particle is a substance that was created by Hank so that he could be able to shrink down and use the Ant-Man suit. Angry that Hank wants to leave, S.H.E.I.L.D doesn't accept his resignation and Hank storms angrily away, but no before slamming Agent Mitch Carson's head to the desk. Fast Forward to present day, Scott Lang is just about to get out of San Quintain prison, when his friend Luis got this tip from someone that he knows, that there is a safe (in Hank Pym's house) with some valuable stuff in it. After breaking into the safe, Scott only finds the Ant-Man suit. Disappointed he runs off with it. Trying to figure it out, Scott accidentally shrinks himself, thus starting the training sequence of Ant-Man. This movie was excellent in my opinion. I loved the fact that (SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!) they had put other Marvel Movie references, like the new Avengers training ground from the Age of Ultron movie. (END OF SPOILERS!!) the whole movie was great. I would totally see it again.
