I read The Empty Mirror by James Lincoln Collier. The genre of this book is mystery because the main character Nick doesn’t know why something happened to him. The book has 192 pages. It has 10 chapters. This is not a series although James does include another book on the front called “My Brother Sam is Dead”.Some of the important characters are Nick, Uncle Jack, and an unnamed boy. I would give 4½ stars because it is a very good book.
