Well it can die if you squish its head because only its lower body regenerates not the head. (Not Trying To Be Rude, Please Don't Take It Offensively.)

This is absolutely outstanding! I never thought I would see a fish as big as a person! But its good that they didn't keep the fish and let it out back into the river for other people to see and catch and also so they don't become extinct. These are good people right here and the amazing weight difference!
