I liked this book. It was realistic fiction. It was a pretty easy read too. I say ages, 9-12. It's about a girl, named Genie. Her mother and grandfather died. She lives with her Father, Grandmother, and brother Ian. When, she starts the year, her best friend Sarah, acts like the new girl, Blair is her best friend. She voted Class Blogger. This book is about her year in 5th grade. In the book there's typical 5th grade girl problems. Friendships, Being Popular, Makeup, Puberty, and other problems. I loved reading about Genie Haddock Kunkle!

Wordle is an amazing website. They are great gifts but also great for creative school projects. I did a Mother's Day card by putting all the words that describe my mother, like beautiful and amazing. You can change the colors and text of your wordle. It is really easy and super fun.

I will remember June 7th for next year as national donut day. I'm marking it on my calendar right now.

I saw the super moon. It was huge, but very hard to spot because it was so low in the sky. Many buildings and trees blocked it. It gave off sort of an orange glow because the sun reflects off the moon to make it glow. The super moon was kinda spooky because their was clouds covering half of it, like a Halloween moon.

I loved soul surfer because it was a true story about a surfer who lost her arm. It is an amazing motion picture film. It is a little sad and scary at parts so make sure you don't let your toddler walk in and be scared to death.
